The high-pressure cage control valve is a single-seat spherical valve body with a guide cylinder, providing a direct-stroke control valve that closes the valve core when moving downward. The high-pressure cage control valve is specially designed for high-pressure applications. It uses a metal base and valve cage guidance, featuring a sturdy and stable structure. The design of the flow channel conforms to the principles of fluid dynamics, and the streamlined wheel corridor design enables it to have a high flow capacity. The special design and hardening treatment of the valve internals enable it to maintain excellent sealing performance even at high temperatures. A variety of noise-reducing and anti-cavitation valve cages meet the harsh working conditions of different gases and liquids, and precisely and reliably perform regulation or on-off control. High-voltage cage control valve is widely used in petroleum, natural gas, energy, electric power, steel and many high-pressure situations in oil refining and other industries.

The high-pressure cage control valve is specially designed for high-pressure applications and comes in three standard design pressure grades: CL900, CL1500 and CL2500. High-voltage cage control valve mature streamlined contour technology make it has high flow capacity, the choice of a variety of trims in the harsh working conditions with good reliability. From the design form is divided into S, D type and T type 3 kinds.
S: using non-equilibrium type valve core, used for low flow velocity, foot valve is 1.5 ~ 6 "X1". A specially designed noise-reducing and anti-cavitation valve cage can be optionally equipped.
D: the balanced valve core and graphite core piston ring, valve size is 2 "~ 20". It is suitable for general occasions where tight sealing is not required, and the sealing grade is II, III or IV. When using the metal-sealed C-seal valve core sealing ring, V-level sealing at a high temperature of 593ºC(1100ºC) can be guaranteed.
T: the balanced valve core, valve size of 2 "to 14", PTFE sealing ring and valve core, the use of the compression ring temperature below 232 ºC (450 ºC), keep the grade V seal.
